Devetta Bowers-McIntyre has more than 25 years of experience working with youth, families, faith communities, and community-based organizations. Her background includes youth and children’s ministry, mentoring, Christian education, program development, and community engagement.

Through Finding My Way Publications, she creates faith-centered journals, activity books, and reflective resources designed to help girls grow in faith, confidence, creativity, and purpose—while also supporting the adults who encourage them.
